Watesoni Nata Jr. is passionate about strengthening the MSME Ecosystem in Fiji and currently contributes to advocating and developing the needs of MSME’s in various capacities. "Back- End HR Compliance Audits" with Mediation Pacific is the service that we would like to offer MSMEs through the Business Link Pacific Platform as this is a definite need for MSMEs in Fiji. MSMEs and Entrepreneurs alike seem to focus so much on our revenue streams but neglect our back end systems and processes.
